Return of Duck Dodgers is a 2017 American computer-animated science fiction superhero comedy film produced by the Warner Animation Group and RatPac-Dune Entertainment, and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It was co-written and directed by Tony Cervone from a screenplay by Spike Brandt, Dan and Kevin Hageman, and Seth Grahame-Smith from a story by Cervone. It serves as a sequel to Duck Dodgers (1999). The film stars Jeff Bergman as the titular character, with Bob Bergen and Eric Bauza reprise their respective roles from other Looney Tunes media, along with new additions including Ben Schwartz, Katie Crown, Rob Riggle, David Cross, Bill Hader, and Sam Rockwell. Animation services were provided by Reel FX Animation Studios, the same studio that did the animation in Looney Tunes: The Golden Anvil (2012) and Looney Tunes: The Hunt for Yosemite Sam (2015).
Return of Duck Dodgers premiered on November 20, 2017, at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles, and was released in the United States on December 8 in theatres and RealD 3D, IMAX, and Dolby Cinema. It received received generally mixed-to-positive reviews, with critics considering it an slight improvement over its predecessor as well as praising the animation, voice cast, and score. The film was also a box office success, grossing over $679 million worldwide against its $90 million budget. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, but losing to Coco.

Return of Duck Dodgers was originally scheduled for a February 10, 2017 release. However, Warner Bros. announced that The Lego Batman Movie would be released on that date, and Return of Duck Dodgers would instead be released on June 16, 2017. In May 2016, pushed back the release date to December 20, 2017 to avoid competition with Cars 3. In February 2017, the film was moved up by two weeks to December 8, 2017 to avoid competition with Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. The film premiered at the Regency Village Theater in Los Angeles in an out-of-competition screening on November 20, 2017, a limited release in New York City and Los Angeles on September 24; and a wider theatrical release by Warner Bros. Pictures in the United States followed on December 8, in the United Kingdom on December 22, and in Australia on January 4, 2018. It was also released in select IMAX theatres in the United States.

The teaser trailer for Return of Duck Dodgers was released online on February 8, 2017 and was shown in front of The Lego Batman Movie in theaters a couple days later. The official theatrical trailer for the film was released online on June 13, 2017, and was carried as a trailer before Cars 3 in theaters. The final trailer was released on September 21, 2017, and was shown before The Lego Ninjago Movie. Licensing partners include Fandango, Kraft, Funko, Lego, General Mills, and Chuck E. Cheese's.
